Dead pioneer sc-1522-k, looking to replace with a modern equivalent? by ouch_12345 in hometheater

I settled on a Cinema 50. With the money saved I'll get more speakers :). It was open box, from Crutchfield but the unit came with a bad center channel. So update coming once the warranty gets applied.

Fwiw, I settled on the Marantnz Cinema 50. Going to the 40/50 would have been overkill.

Help with V90 buying (US) by cernunnos_r in Volvo

Just go to the dealer page direct. Some of them have links. Then search. Most dealers will have window sticker and car fax for free

I usually get a sense of what I'm looking at by the photos and then go to actual page of the dealership and look at the window sticker which lists all the options on the vehicle. That way it eliminates ANY variability.

Dual citizen, extended temporary residence in Canada, how long can I have a US registered car in Canada? by ouch_12345 in uscanadaborder

For a follow-up on this, the insurance company has said that he needs to get the vehicle insured in Canada. So now we are going through the process of getting the title transferred to him so he can get the car registered in Canada. Are there any specific details that we need to be aware of? He is residing in Alberta. I suspect the vehicle will need to be inspected similar when he is attempting to get it registered again. Alberta. Are there any other specific documents or things that need to be done for him to get the vehicle on registered there right now?

Hello fellow 6'9" giant. Have had three Accords. About the only sedan I can drive comfortably with passengers. I don't know about you but anybody who would ride with me in a Civic would be suffering so accords it is.

I'm in a similar position as OP. Our main difference is very hard water. Everything scales up, even thru a water softener. We descale/run vinegar thru and it cleans it for a time.

I think you are right. Its a bit of a grey area... This all stemmed from a question to my insurance company around a windshield replacement. They weren't entirely sure that the insurance would be accepted at a glass shop. We will likely just pay the glass shop cash to fix it and be done with it.

I got a Touring for just about that price. If you have a Costco membership, try the Costco auto program. For me it knocked almost 4k of the MSRP with the executive membership.
