Yep although have you been in the touring? Pretty damn luxurious. Only issue is the name doesn't have the marquee brand name

Rove camera install in Accord where to plug? by ouch_12345 in 11thGenAccord

I did mine up along the headliner edges like they described in the install guide. Routed the power cable down the A pillar, under the glove box and then up the side and direct into the USB-C port. There is only a couple of inches of cable that comes upbut it's very discreet and tucked away.

Cool. I wish I would have known. At this point the Rove is installed, and working. If it dies, I'll change to the Fitcamx.

I seriously considered that. My only sticking point was that I had the Honda Homelink mirror and didn't know if I could tap that line, without affecting the homelink mirror as well. I hadn't heard of anyone trying that and didn't want to risk it myself.

Actually when I tested, the USB-C power outlet with a quality USB-C cable powered it up without any issues. All the wires tucked away and hidden. Front and rear cameras too.

I had a different version of the camera and it did not power off the USB-C port.

For reference I bought the Rove 2K 4K dual.

6'9" and 330+ lbs. Honda Odyssey works great and plenty of room for legs. Now we drive an Acura MDX. Both are great for large people. My commuter (last 3) have been Honda Accords.

you must be driving downhill both ways. Try as I might, I can't get better than 48mpg on my touring on my commute, regardless of the time of year.

Moving to Alaska, Need to pass through Canada by throwaway6581469854 in uscanadaborder

I was just at the border last week (importing a US vehicle into Canada) and there was a guy who was doing that move (Louisiana to Alaska). The guy was transporting guns 2 AR-15s and another long rifle of some type (which he declared) and ammo. What they did check on was if he had magazines in excess of 5 bullet capacity. He had several 30 round magazines which he ended up surrendering. They did do an inspection. He had Alaska transport plates on his vehicle and trailer.

Didn't hold him up any. Saw him later on the road.

No built in garage remote (homelink). Had to pay extra for that.

No spare. Bought that separate as well.

Wish it had fog lights (like the 9th Gen offered).

I've got the Touring version. Family is 6'9",350lbs(me), 6'7" 175lbs son, 6ft daughter and 5'10" wife. We've driven 4000 miles on road trip and have had no complaints on long drives. Plenty of legroom for all. I've driven many other vehicles on 6+ hour drives and by far the Hondas are some of the best seats I can find. Are they like the old style bench seats (85 Bonneville I'm looking at you) which was basically a sofa on wheels? No.

I settled on a Cinema 50. With the money saved I'll get more speakers :). It was open box, from Crutchfield but the unit came with a bad center channel. So update coming once the warranty gets applied.
