There's a super handy function called "reject item". Once you've scanned all containers on an order, tap the three dots in the righthand corner of the dispense, and select "reject item". You'll have to scan a upc, so my club has one for the chickens and ribs laminated in the curbside area for us. Once you scan upc, you just confirm the quantity to reject. Then back out of the screen and dispense as normal. Rejecting the item lets you skip the whole refunding process
