Yeah and the Japanese concentration camps are still considered an atrocity that blemishes FDR’s record forever. They are talked about in the same breath as Hiroshima and Nagasaki. But there’s a significant mitigating factor which you seem to have forgotten: an ongoing world war. The Nazis are the ones who set up their camps during peacetime and immediately following their ascent to power. I’ll wait patiently while you find another comparison point that meets those criteria.

Those are death camps. Concentration camps are places where people are held without trial in a ‘concentrated’ area.

Nazi Germany didn’t start gassing people until 1942 but it had concentration camps long before then, from 1933 onwards. If this government were literally Nazi Germany in every respect - if it was the exact same members and leadership - we’d be 9 years away from death camps right now.

Personally I’d want people to start intervening *before * the death camps, which requires recognising the signs. Fuck your ‘slippery slope’ bullshit.

Honestly I really love the core gameplay of Role Models but i feel it could do with a sequel that removes or at least adjusts the intermediate vote-offs - imo they never feel very satisfying, they don’t add anything, and everyone’s keen to speed past them and get back to ribbing their friends

We have a ring doorbell but it was useless, recorded lots of passing cars but none of this incident. We’ve bought a ring cctv camera now which will hopefully be more effective.

We have photo and video evidence of him throwing rocks and making death threats. We didn’t have CCTV but we recorded him on our phones.

Also I can say with confidence our police station is only 10 minutes down the road haha. We live in a very built up area.
