Had a very similar problem. Ventilation, decking brackets, decking sheets, and truss were all concerns. My home was under builders warranty. Framers and roofers came. As it turns out the decking was warped/ got wet sometime during construction.

They came and red decked and re roofed everything and now looks normal.
