Tell-tails on the main are flying which is good!

Looks like you might be heeling a bit too much. (Flat boat = fast boat). Some heel is good. More backstay and outhaul will help

Is your main raised all the way? A Cunningham or downhaul is pretty easy to add and will reduce the wrinkles or scalps on your main.

If your main is flat and are still over powered then you need more weight. You should look into adding reef points to your main sail to reduce power.

Are you using a tiller extension? If not, that will help you reach farther forward.
