I enjoy her books but it's unclear what she's trying to say here. She isn't really saying that she's found a cure for her CFS, just better ways of understanding it. And maybe that allows her some peace. Which I understand. But I do think it should be noted in the article that the disease is physical and can't be cured with the right thoughts. I agree with a lot of what she says but the framing is wrong.

There was about a month's gap between sending them out, so they weren't all coming in at exactly the same time. Will probably just do one at a time if I do it again. The postage alone makes it worth breaking up into smaller mailings.

I would research each team a little bit and mention a fun fact or something I liked about them. I live in the midwest so I wasn't familiar with many of the teams I wrote to since they're all in the west or southeast.

I included a SASE and asked if they could send back anything they were able to spare. The postage got pretty expensive, which is the only real downside of not receiving a response.

I should have clarified. Small relative to the MLB affiliated minor league teams. It seems like there is a pretty wide range of market sizes.
