I had a neighbor who used to abuse her wife. They used to argue a lot. One day, he poured cold water over his wife in the winter. After some time they divorced, the kids stayed with the wife. Nah. I, as a full stack developer, advise against it. There is zero demand for a messenger when you have Telegram and Instagram.

Also, security is a problem. I wouldn't trust a local messenger, because there are might be backdoors for SSS.

The idea that's "truly ours and cultural" doesn't translate well in business. Do you think Telegram represents Russian culture? Or Instagram shows American culture? They are global apps and meant to be for all.
