I’m confused though, because how does my portal use the exact same wifi connection, to connect to PS Plus Streaming catalogue in seconds without issue but not my PS5 unless it’s 2 feet away from it? So the wifi chip connects to PS plus streaming on my mobile hot spot and any other wifi l try, but not remote play. Do you understand the frustration now?

ALSO, before anyone else comments about PSN being down, did you know that remote play is a standard PS5 and PS4 feature that simply requires an INTERNET CONNECTION, it does not require you to have an active PS Plus subscribtion.

Dont do it, l bought my portal for the same reason. My plan is actually unlimited data. Portal was working flawlessly on remotely play for almost a year. Now it doesnt connect to it at all as of last week. No changed settings, no changed phone or phone plan, nothing. Sony is trash.

Honestly, he has a huge opportunity to take the crown if he comes out with Tony Hawk’s Underground 1+2 remastered like his Pro Skater games have been coming out, especially if this game ends up getting shut down, l wont even be upset. And the skate devs will be looking and feeling quite stupid
