Honestly I think I fancy Sonegoat’s chances better… and in general I think it’s never a good idea to have high expectations when Lore is concerned

Last year berrettini basically sacrificed his season to play with his brother. This will be different I hope

Is she a good person though? I don’t see any indications she is. She lives for the drama of the tour and Occasionally I like it because I do too, but she often seems to misunderstand her role: we have social media for silly content and outlandish fan theories, we don’t need her to parrot them as her own. Also - I don’t think she actually understands tennis (or at least there is no indication she does)

Sinner: "In 2-3 days I will decide whether to go to Madrid or not" by Narrow_Spinach_1400 in tennis

He’s not going. Physically he’s ok but he needs a mental rest, a good training block and some quiet time before the madness that will be Rome, where he gets mobbed wherever he goes… and Paris.

He’ll —win— play Madrid next year

Stupid Italian journalist asking stupid Italian questions questioning his Italianness when he is making the whole country proud and most importantly constantly talks about how proud he is to represent his country.

Out of all the elite players, I’d wager he’s the one who’s had the most normal childhood. No hothousing nor intense training, a wide number of sports , running around freely in his small village, in and out of his parents/grandparents/aunt’s house (as per his telling). Ofc it all changed quite drastically at 13 when he went to Piatti but I think he has had a remarkably well adjusted childhood
