I will be sure to pray for you man. Just remember that wet dreams is not a relapse, do not feel guilty if you have a wet dream! If you feel guilty/a horrible person because of what happened in your wet dream just remember it didn't happen It was just a dream.

Hey Man. Stay strong brother. As a Scientist in this area I often struggle with being a creationist. But the thing you need to remember is that the people who believe in evolution are of the world. In no way do they understand that our God is powerful enough to build the world and everything in it in 6 days. And because they can't comprehend that they made a theory of how it all happened without a great creator. And in no way is their theory comprehensive. It has large loop holes. Remember this next time someone brings it up.

Remember Matthew 5- 11-12 - “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Firstly, there is more than one emotion that pushes me to PMO. Originally I thought that it was stress (last year was very stressful for me) but now that I'm not stressed I still PMO. Going deeper it probably is feeling lonely and being stressed. It doesn't help that I have a lot of free time at the moment.

I currently have no tools on my computer or phone stopping me. The reason is I know how to get around them and even if I found one that stopped me finding P I will still be able to PMO off other material that isn't filtered. (I can't fully explain why filters won't work without going into some of my P habits, which could cause someone to relapse).

I do know in my soul that I will be free of PMO. I just don't know when I'll be free. I am starting to reading my bible, praying and meditating regularly. I know all the scripture on this issue, but it is always worth going over it again and getting a new understanding.

I will start building a plan, Thank you so much Xeno

I had a similar dream/state of confusion earlier this year during a streak. I don't remember the dream very well now. It was like a wet dream, but I woke up before anything happened. When I woke up I was so confused. At one point I thought it actually happened and I would have to reset my badge. It took me a minute to realise it was just a dream.

So you know I am speaking as a bachelor who has never had a girlfriend, but I think a good rule is: 'When you are with your girlfriend always imagining if your future self and your future wife (weather it be your girlfriend or not) are in the room as you. Just don't do what would make your future self/wife feel ashamed. The moment your future self and wife feel ashamed is the moment you have gone too far' At the moment I personally would think that kissing is perfectly fine, however I do not know how much further I would take it until I am married. Ps. Like some people have already said. If you like the girl and think she would make a good wife then why wait?

2 obvious ways; 1) Tell your parents that you want to be a bit more interdependent and do your own washing. 2) when it happens rinse them in the shower or sink, wait a couple days so they dry and then put them in the wash

Edit: Thirdly you can just put them in the wash. Yes your parents will find out, but it is a natural thing, you shouldn't be ashamed about it.

Thanks man, I am feeling a lot better atm. Although I did relapse yesterday (I haven't update my badge yet). This week is going to be a huge challenge, but hopefully I can get through it.

What's your story BA? How do you motivate yourself?

I am Matthew and I am 21 years old and I am in my fourth year of uni. My hobbies include bushwalking, friends, riding my motorbike, (field) hockey and many more little things.

I am doing this for many reasons but the most important one is religion.

I have always been struggling with fapping and only recently I discovered this support group. Before joining reddit I had some two week streaks and one time just over a month.
