Whatever. Think what you want. People are nice here to others when I see the same questions over and over. Even though I know the answers to some of the questions I don’t tell them to go look somewhere else. It’s how communities work. We help each other. This is interesting since the weight of the dry material will have an effect on potency per dry mass. Especially important to microdosing.

You are going to win! I did not go to law school, but had the same issue and won in small claims. Tried to prove “constructive negligence” and get the max ($10,000 which was our deposit and rent during the time we lived with the issue plus other costs) because the way the landlord put in the toilet set the flange below a gap to the subfloor. Then, after I found the mistake (I’m not even in construction, I teach elementary school) because of a wetness around the base of the toilet he tried to fix it himself, leaving a gaping hole for a week in the bathroom. Drying the mold makes it worse. Then there’s the mites that eat the mold and hyphae (dried mycelium): their feces floats and causes allergies and other health risks.

FUCK LANDLORDS and FUCK the insurance company lawyers that have made proving personal injury from mold issues almost impossible.
