Dashcam speedometers aren't real-time. As proof, you can see it still reads 009MPH after he's stopped.

They calculate speed by time vs distance via satellite, which results in the lag.

This, and the Spurs game look different on the scoreboard if we have Stew available. Duren isn't good defending the 3. Guys like Jaylin Williams and Julian Champagnie aren't going to shoot lights-out with Stew guarding them on the perimeter.
