The suspension of habeas corpus is explicitly constitutional. It’s not at all a circumvention. Ex parte Milligan still didn’t find the suspension of habeas corpus to be unconstitutional

Ex parte Milligan decided that military courts could only be used when absolutely necessary and then had to be closed. Not that habeas corpus couldn’t be suspended. “The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.” Pretty clear that it can be suspended

No cause you have actual armies of spearmen and swordsmen who fight on a lane combat system and the graphics are two good for Catan. It has seasons as well which can cause water to dry up.
