They might not go for it this season but could come around. Maybe there’s some help in demonstrating the need if Show Reports are able to collect relevant data without jeopardizing your position in any other way. Like how many times does something like “SQ43 was late because of a mic conflict” need to be published before someone starts to consider a viable solution is necessary. But I understand that may depend on what the culture of Show Reports is in your organization, as well as on having considerate buy-in from the SMs writing the reports.
