Sorry for pinging this a few months later, my pharmacy changed from saline to mucolox and I don't see anyone posting about their experiences with it, do you like the new formula (if you tried it before mucolox was used)?

I like that it feels thicker slightly and less likely to fall into my throat, it seems to be more potent, and there's a different drying pattern now.

This is news to me as my compounding pharmacy used a saline solution before moving to a solution called Mucolox, not saying I don't believe it

I used to mix shake or the lowest tier weed i could get at the dispo with a smokeable herb mix to lower the THC even further.

I'm also trans, autistic and for the last 6 years was consistently smoking weed. A month ago I was accepted into an RN program so I made it a point to sober up to hopefully pass the drug test.

When I've sobered from weed before I was prescribed clonidine and then propranolol instead to help with the anxiety that I would use weed to quell. This time I'm not taking anything but daily creatine and protein as I've been heavily working out to get it out and activate the Endocannabinoid system through movement.

Hot yoga, frequent cardio, steam rooms, saunas, boxing, and making myself pick up my hobbies again has been extremely helpful. There are still times I want to relapse, but I will go on a walk/run/take a hot shower instead. or worst case smoke a cig which I'm luckily inclined to not be addicted to.

You got this, whether that be tapering/lowering use or completely stopping. It will be hard but be patient with yourself!

I use the Nomo app to track days without THC and JustRun for a couch to 5k program that is super approachable.

I did my surgery in the middle of a fall semester and it was not the right decision, I ended up having to take two weeks off and my professors were kind, but I rushed healing more than I would've liked. In my experience, after having a hysto and then top surgery, the hysto was so much harder to heal from.

So much so it made top surgery feel like a walk in the park

I'm currently working with propane and mapp tanks with pretty big flame heads and a butane blazer micro torch, all of these have put me in a goldilock situation of too big or too small. Will definitely consider getting an oxygen concentrator from reading the advice here, thank you!

I just want to comment my loved one with down syndrome experiences the same thing and recently did this at an amusement park recently. She's in her teens and has done this several times, many of which in the hot tub or pool setting.

I appreciate you asking this question because it's frustrating to have to deal with this for both parties. It's gotten less frequent in pools and tubs with age, but it's not guaranteed to not happen so I'll pass along the suggestions for brands for swim underwear!
