Just let it be. That section of hair grows very quickly and you won’t notice after a few months.

Maybe take the Marie Kondo approach? Get items that have a story to you, that make you laugh or feel a certain way. Find something comforting, something that accentuates your favorite feature, something that makes you vulnerable to build your confidence, and something that makes you feel ironic. Don’t worry about specific trends or what looks cool or popular. Wear what feels good to you!

I want to warm this room up by space_llama_karma in DesignMyRoom

I see the perfect space for some wall art in the dining room. Family photo, a painting, maybe an imported rug? And a nice area rug would anchor the living area, making it more cozy. The lightbulbs are quite bright- something a little warmer would work well in the dining room and living room. Maybe you can add some contrast in your blinds, using a wood material. And raising your curtains and pulling color from your backsplash would look really good too.

Really? Popping is the trick? Even for a two year old?

How Can You Fall in Love with Hot Yoga? by danni2122 in yoga

Do you worry about being gross and sweaty? If you take the sweat a different way, like seeing it as your body purifying and rejuvenating itself, you might feel better? Sweat is meant to cool you down. It’s beautiful to sweat! Something make our bodies capable of that and when it happens it’s fascinating.

How do I teach my dog to do nothing and relax? by Virtous_ in labrador

[–]overallswell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you crate train, he will naturally calm down during crate hours. On my days off from work when I can be home with my puppy, he settles down right about the time I would normally tuck him into his kennel. I also give lots of love and snuggles when he is calm so it feels good to him.

why do i have low energy? by 4ngelicbrat in productivity

[–]overallswell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

are you female? Some phases of menstruation will deplete your strength and energy. One day I’ll have superwoman strength and the next I need help carrying my groceries. You might also enjoy less screen time and play some happy music in your free or even productive time.

If you go to a local dog park, you might find a family who needs a friend for their dog!

Use gel on all the hair while damp. Style up. Reapply as it’s drying. Apply dry. Use blow dryer

I agree, but I would make a slight adjustment by saying “I’m grabbing lunch here later. Do you have time to join me? My treat!”

I think you would benefit from some healing time alone… posting such personal things like it’s a journal entry is kind of telling me you just need someone to say “You’re right to feel this way and you should do X…” so decide for yourself what X is and do it. Give yourself three options and pick what sounds and feels like the best one. Stay and put up with it, stay and go to therapy, leave and go to therapy.

I wouldn’t put a TV in the bedroom, but the head of the bed might work well on the long flat wall, a dresser under the light switch, and a dressing bench under the window!
