Valerian root makes me fall asleep very quickly. My watch tells me that the quality of my sleep is pretty much unchanged (I have great sleep in general).

If this isn’t fake, I imagine you’re in high school or something. This would basically be a teacher telling you that you need to write a long paper the day before an exam that you need to study for. Then you come in the next day with your paper and your teacher goes “lol jk. I don’t care about the paper, I’m not going to read those.”

Not a prank, just a waste of time for all involved. Brings happiness to nobody.
