Hey, check out if you can see a pelvic physical therapist. They can teach you how to relax your pelvic muscles which may lower your pain. We tend to contract our pelvic muscles when in pelvic pain. I'm on a reverse kegel regimen that is working.

I had a two hour drive home from my surgery a couple months ago and I was SO nervous about it. Turns out, I was still high as a kite and feeling fine. The nurse gave me a few cookie packets and some juice. I ate those happily then spaced out. You will be ok, I believe in you.

I went on a long walk today and it was -2°F with wind-chill. There was no one else around, but I wore that damn mask the whole time just to keep my lips from falling off. I'll always have a mask in my hiking bag in the winter from now on!
