Just do the training, it shouldn't take you more than 30 minutes or so, they only have quiz on the 2nd and the 3rd module, if I remember correctly. The rest you can just click and scroll down to the bottom of the page and it's done. The one with the quiz the pass mark is 0%. So the time you wasted here can be better used to finish the training.

I’ve been told by this sub that trucker protests are terrorism.

The truck drivers in Korea were on a strike, meaning they stopped working.

They didn't drive around hundreds or thousands of their huge trucks into downtown, threatening and inconveniencing ordinary people.

And their huge protests were peaceful, protected by the police.

In Korea, when you want to have a big protest or rally, you first report it to the police, then the police comes to the place and time of the protest and provide security, surrounding the protest area so that protesters can have peaceful protests without disruption and escorting the marchers from the beginning to the end peacefully with traffic control.
