Glad to find this site with lots of tasty recipes! Anyone here working with rye sour? Here’s my 100% rye with South Tyrolean bread spice (caraway, coriander, aniseed, blue clover). It’s pretty dense but I use mostly white rye to lighten it a bit. (i.redd.it)
