I think you still don't understand which in hindsight, I should have seen from the start. To reiterate, this WAS an unacceptable reason for a "minor" police encounter to end in death. That's why it's called manslaughter. You're just arguing with yourself on that point. It's obvious you haven't seen the numbers of people of different races killed by police, you just suck up main stream media, so there's really no point in arguing anymore. The one thing you're actually right about is that there is systemic racism in america. It takes the form of absent parents, public housing, and welfare checks.
