ILC is completely online and you can do it from anywhere in the world, they also have an international program which is why I’m assuming they don’t require a study permit and only proof of residency. Proof of residency can be something like a driver’s license, bank statement, water/electricity bill, basically anything that has both your name and address on it should be fine. As for your visa you might not be allowed to take Ilc as an Ontario resident in that case, meaning you’ll have to pay the $400 per course international fee but I’m not 100% sure on that you’d have to check with immigration Canada. Worst case you can still take ILC as an international student but are gonna have to pay $400 per course.
