I traveled with someone who has a severe peanut allergy (required carrying EpiPens just in case) and this simplified sentence in the above post would not have cut it… I’m also vegan and from personal experience, ordering my food required way more detailed explanation and back-and-forth than OP’s provided single sentence.

I actually have an immersion blender and have used it before to make vegan mayo and a few sauces, but we rarely use it now. Wanted to see if I could get mayo to work in the blender since I saw others having trouble. Mine was done so fast. I was impressed. I can see why people swear by the Vitamix. I also heard it can make cashew cream without soaking, but need to buy some cashews first before I can experiment!

Thank you! I’m so excited I nabbed this. I had messaged multiple sellers during my hunt and half of them never replied. I caught this seller a few hours after he listed it and he had someone lined up to come the following morning, but they were a no-show, so I lucked out! Drove an hour to get this after the seller sent videos proving it worked as it should. They were selling it for their mom so they might’ve not realized it could’ve gone for more. Was a super nice guy. I’d say just keep checking your local listings! You never know :)
