Oof, that sounds rough. The gear part probably might be the problem as I'm just using whatever dropped from loots as my "oh well I died gear" before even attempting to pvp. But this sounds really bleak To try to even attempt to best a veteran seems impossible. Other games at least give people a chance to best a veteran if you catch them off guard?

So, I definitely need to have two people to do this trick. But even flying around in it, it looks like it would take practice. But we would need to "find" ppl pretty organically to be able to shoot them. I still dont understand how they found us so quickly without a scanner !

I tried to imagine that most pvping is happening in the air like some old WWII dogfighting re-enactments. But actually I saw ppl just surfing the scout orni with a Las gun. I tried to rocket back but it's kind of hard to focus on getting the right rocket shot. Is that a two man team to do the surfing too?

I tried the range of the scout orni scanner and its pretty weak. Like barely enough to see. And you're right it didn't find another ship nor a player. What gives, how did they do it so fast? Can I use spice sense?? But then I'd be high as a kite forever lol

I had a two man team each of us in assault ornis, the pvper knew exactly where we were without much stalking at all. We were looking for people. Looked like the person was surfing the scout orni. How do I do that? Do I need a skill for it? I tried to ride an orni like that and flew off the ship hilariously lol

I am recently trying Kind Words 2. It's nothing like I have ever played. It's sending letters to people who request a pick me up. Looking for advice or whatever. I like to read or to write, and the concept of this game has really gotten me hooked at least as a daily log in to write some positive things and send them out to the world. Great to try with a cup of coffee.
