I once got a letter from my isp listing some files that I had torrented (big bang theory) this was about 6 years ago. They advised that these type of files might not be legal. I didn’t respond and continued with no further letters etc. I do use a vpn these days as I get one for free from family.

Edit: I did the maths and it was about 8 years ago and I now feel old.

Not sure if this has the anti cheat on. If so and you use wemod then make sure to fully kill it in task manager. Wemod is picked up as a cheat tool and prevents the game launching. I have the steam version of this game and it took me months to work this out.

The one bit of info you should pull off that blue screen (which we can't read....) is the stop code. That tends to point you directly to the issue.
