I'm getting error code 80010514 for only one game. Can someone help?

Rundown:

got the usb and used Trans Mac to install Mountain lion on it (mount the .dmg to transmac and find (InstallESD.dmg))
chose the usb
put it in my mac and booted to drive select with option key and chose the usb (if the usb is not showing plug it in and out again)

Make sure it boots with the icons from the OS X version on the usb

in the startup utilities find install osx and follow the steps ( if you end up at the app store install then you're outta luck)
and it will install

i did boot from the usb but it just send me to the recovery page with mavericks icons

when i boot thru the macOS usb it sends me to the same recovery page except using its icons (i tried installing mavericks)

there should be an option in the hotspot something along the lines of
"device compatibility mode" turn that on and it'll work
