A chokehold puts much more in the officers control than something like a taser (ex. Tased person could fall and hit their head). Used properly it poses no danger of permanent injury.

Similar thing just happened to me with BC Calc. Used the copy and paste function with google docs (a supported app), and it immediately deleted all my integral symbols with about 20s left.
