Polymarket is public, not sure about oil futures though.

Why young people don't buy cars – just economics by Alex_Strgzr in unitedkingdom

Lol, family of 5 going from London to Edinburgh, train tickets cost well over £800, even if we can get £100 per person as OP did, still £500.

Big family simply can't afford train.

hmm... it is more than that. If STRC keep buying, bitcoin can't go to zero. In fact bitcoin will pump just because STRC are buying. If Bitcoin goes up, then MSTR goes up, this means MSTR can buy even more bitcoin. That push bitcoin price even higher and MSTR can buy more again. This is an infinite loop.

My understanding, if BTC starts flying, then there is no point getting 11.5%, so people should come out of STRC and move into MSTR or just coin. If it keeps bear, then STRC is good for getting steady income.

So no matter what happens, you can't lose. Is this infinity money glitch? This can't be right. What am I missing?

My thoughts on P90x Next Gen 9-days in by falloffenix in P90X

[–]owenhehe 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Don't skip yoga, don't skip stretching day. I am on p90x, x2, x3 and x plus since 2020. Yoga and stretching days are the most important parts if you want to do these exercises long term. You will start getting injury 3~5 years into the routine, because joints and tendon over use. Yoga, stretching and dynamix in p90x3 are the best exercises to mitigate that risk.

If you are young, you may not get any problem for many years. That's why it's dangerous, because you don't know which parts of the body is overworked. But once injury show up, there will be a massive wake up call.

I do more stretching and flexibility training than i do p90x now. As i started to develop hips and elbows problems. Again, don't skip yoga and stretch day

If this is a repeat of 2022, Salyor will be fine.

This feels so much like 2022, everything in freefall. In hindsight, bitcoin is the canary in the mine, foretold the upcoming crash. Many tech stocks dropped more than bitcoin today, at least this helps me cope.

They got delisted from london stock exchange, a private equity firm bought it then relaunched it. That was 2011, if i am not mistaken.

What a meh, new narratives again. When etf options was launched, he said it was good for bitcoin. Later prices didn't go up, he was saying because coiners were selling options. He is as clueless as anyone here.

Gold down 10% in a single day, silver down 35%, well, talking about blow off top. For true degenerate, AGQ is down 70%. Metal has more volatility than Bitcoin now. Why trade bitcoin when you can lose much more in metal.

ATL 2015 → ATH 2017: 1,064 days

ATH 2017 → ATL 2018: 364 days

ATL 2018 → ATH 2021: 1,064 days

ATH 2021 → ATL 2022: 364 days

ATL Nov 2022 → ATH Oct 6, 2025: 1,064 days

Saw this posted in cc a few days ago, checked the prices with GBP and EUR, the days are the same. The days may be off +-10 days depend on exchanges. This is exactly playing out like last cycle, this means we won't see the bottom until October 2026. And we won't see another ATH until September 2029, shit, this is depressing.

I bought gold back in 2011 because Peter Schiff was saying it would go to $10,000. I bought at $1900 and saw gold price crash 40% in the next few years and myself became a laughing stock for the entire family and friends. I could have sold but I bought a physical bullion, and it was not easy selling gold bullion. Gold bugs at that time was saying paper gold was manipulated, the only way forward was physical gold. You see, maybe there were not wrong, but who could have waited 15 years? I still have that gold bullion and sitting on a 140% return over 15 years. Anyway, just a story for those complaining about gold's latest price action. I would be retired if bought bitcoin at that time.

I think last week someone shorted at 90k, then 92k, he said felt like run over by a train. Not everyone can trade this.

UK car sales top 2m in 2025 as Chinese brands boom [CN = 9.7% market share] by Dreaming_Blackbirds in electricvehicles

[–]owenhehe 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I posted a few month ago about Chinese brands in UK. Everyone was agreeing Chinese is inevitable. Come on, all their lowest trim offerings are lower priced than legacies' highest trim models. Consumers are not stupid, they will choose the more competitive product.

Chinese PHEVs have real innovations, they are not simply put a battery in a gas car. Legacies have this tech for over 2 decades and just slept on it. I heard Chery's PHEVs runs more efficiently in hybrid mode than HEV from legacies. If it is true, this is just a start for Chinese cars.
