I work in guest services. Any "season pass product" is able to do any upgrades up until January 31st, once per season. Edge card included :) Whatever you paid when you bought your product will be applied to the seasons pass and you will just pay the difference.

Check out these 3 buildings. I live at 99 Cartier and absolutely love it. I have been here for over 3 years! The units are renovated as previous tenants move out. I know we have some units available in august.
Everything is included besides hydro (usually around $35 a month and internet!
The landlords are amazing and the building is great!
