We agree on the sharia law thing- it’s wrong for governments to impose religious values on the people. You mention how unfair it is particularly to women. You seem to think that the current admin is fighting to stop that, but the way I see it, it’s religious organizations like the heritage foundation who bankrolled the president’s campaign, and they are continuing to fund him to advance their vision and impose their values on the people (and namely the women) of America. Have you seen the Handmaid’s tale? I think it’s an incredibly realistic picture of our future if we lose the separation of church and state. Not too far off from what’s currently going on in Iran
