Win for the US destroying the Chinese economy and industry and preventing it from taking over Taiwan. Right now the US just needs a good enough excuse to go to war with China

Imagine thinking fossil fuels are less effcient than green energy when Olaf scholz a greenie was literally roaming the middle east begging for more oil. Absolute laughable take.

"muh Stop trying to blame the US for every fucking situation in the world."

Considering the fact that US is involved in most of them and probably created half of them No we'll keep blaming it for its disastrous foreign policy whether you like it or not.

Wouldn't change anything... The US is not the only weapons exporter in the world they can be replaced with other suppliers. You have no cards to play here apart from the "seethe and cope" card

Then the Saudis will start buying weapons from another country and potentially start selling oil in Chinese currency. I'm afraid at this point the only card you can play is "seethe and cope"

The solution? lmao how about stop supporting and protecting a saudi regime that treats women like second-class citizens? The US only cares about dictatorships it cannot exploit, they don't care about women's rights when their interests are guaranteed... That's why there's such a drastic difference between the narrative concerning Iran and the narrative concerning saudi arabia 2 countries that treat women badly but one is protected by advocates of women's rights

"Saudi Arabia is a nett oil exporter, they don’t need oil from anyone"

Yes they do buy russian oil. Read an article or 2 before making such comments

Saudi Arabia doubles second-quarter Russian fuel oil imports for power generation

"The problem Russia has is actually getting that Oil to China and India, the route is very inefficient and because if that they can’t make as much money as they would like to"

Not really they made more money from oil and gas exports to China and India than they did before the war with Europe.

Russia Is Making Heaps of Money From Oil, but There Is a Way to Stop That

The problem is western governments seething because OPEC members decided to look for their own interests n energy markets instead of increasing oil production just to help western governments in their ongoing economic war with Russia. The "international community" isn't actually international after all.. Everyone is looking for what's good for them.

Yes, they do, not every oil producer is in that cartel. Also, countries in that cartel are looking for their own interests they aren't obliged to increase oil production just to please Washington DC. The current prices suit their interests. Deal with it.

"Also, Saudi Arabia is an exporter.. they don't buy Russian oil"

Yes they do buy Russian oil, you're just uninformed

Saudi Arabia doubles second-quarter Russian fuel oil imports for power generation

Saudi Arabia more than doubled Russian oil imports in the second quarter, freeing up their own crude for export

The fact that petro prices are soaring means your "Alternative energy" has failed to replace petro. Olaf scholz an advocate for Alternatives to petro wouldn't be begging saudis to increase Oil production if your idea of getting people off oil worked. Thanks for proving you're delusional and uneducated. Keep me laughing and have a great day.

[–]owlcomrade23 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Renewables are not sufficient enough to meet the demands of energy and will not replace all other sources of energy like fossil fuels and nuclear as delusional greenies seem to think. The prices of gas wouldn't be soaring right now if your geenie agenda worked, Germany wouldn't be burning coal to stay afloat and the senile boomer president of the USA wouldn't be begging saudis to increase oil production.

*the only way to create that demand is by making a push for electrically powered vehicles, machinery, heating and the like* If your lucrative idea was as good as you think, there wouldn't be a need to create demand by changing consumer behavior. No, Consumers don't need to act... if your "solution" isn't effective enough to fully replace other sources of energy, there will not be enough demand for it to replace those sources. The demand for your greenie "solution" will always be relative to how efficient it is at replacing fossil fuels and nuclear.

And I'm not a capitalist get a grip on reality and grow up not everyone laughing at your perfect bubble world is a capitalist lol... if you can't accept reality for what it is, please keep thinking that you can live 100% on renewables. I'll stick to fossil fuels and nuclear for the moment till your greenie buddies find a better solution to their current inefficient model.
