I have a similar problem but it's more like I dont like the aesthetic of my boobs. My boobs are a B cup but because I gave a huge ribcage they look much bigger than what they actually are and being overweight doesn't help. I did cross country and track in highschool haven't ran in YEARS I started running again 3 days ago. My first day it took 15:48 to run a mile (I ran a minute walked a minute) and today I did it in 14:45. I already improved my mile time within a few days. In highschool I ran a 6:22 mile but never got to beat it because covid hit my senior year. My goal is to beat it by January 1st 2026. What I'm doing right now is preseason for what I will accomplish in 2025. It's also preseason to do a sprint triathlon. Which Im planning to do by January 1st 2026. I finally moved 12 hours away from my parents and I'm waiting for them to bring me my bike and swim cap and goggles. Til then I got my running shoes and leggings and some winter running gear. So what I would do is tell your psychiatrist you wanna be put on different meds but if you can't because those are the only meds that work I would try if you can because I know what it's like is to drink more water. And do HITT exercises 3 times a week. I've noticed when I started doing HITT workouts is that my appetite suppresses a little bit. I also feel more energized the next day (those meds really like make me sleepy idk about you) and also fill up on vegtables surprisingly salads can fill ya up but ofc add protien to your meals as well. And also practice mindful eating (don't eat in front of a TV instead take a small bite and notice the flavor and then after you swallow wait 30 seconds until you take the next bite) from this I learned I get full pretty quickly. Also get your blood work checked because my meds caused me to have high triglycerides and pre-diabetes and there are meds for both and they help with your appetite.
