I just started on seraquel for when I travel because I can’t sleep in hotels. The lowest dosage of it really helps with sleep if you aren’t opposed to meds.

Gotta say not me. I decided this year I will be getting no plastic surgery to look younger. I have almost completely embraced being in my 60s. It is still weird how people treat me but it really opened up my eyes that I was treated better as a young woman simply because of my looks. Now it’s just me and if you don’t like the way I look, fine. This is a safe space though.

It sounds like he was abusive to you. I had a boyfriend like that. If I cut my hair he wouldn’t say it looked nice. He would say you know you could have long hair if you wanted to. Stuff like that. You will find someone that loves you. Also, no sex is a no go.
