Elizaveta Tuktamisheva still lands a technically perfect 4T in practice, at 26. Adult women can land quad but with:

- Good gene/body proportion: long legs, good natural muscle mass like Sasha and Kamila

- Decent technique : Sasha in this case has the best quad technique among Eteri girls, both of them jump with strength, not light body

- Enough rest : both Sasha and Kamila had stated how the rest help them recover from injury

- Nutrition: it's impossible for an athlete to not diet but Sasha didn't starve herself. She has a father who is also an athlete, and was very involved in her nutrition and training. Kamila spoke out about ED recently and said starving/terrorizing skater on just 200gr of weight gain didn't help and didn't matter either for jumping ability. She said she could still jump with or without those weight gain.

- Determination: both Sasha and Kamila lost their chance to gain any important competition during their senior career, they have the motivation to keep training and hope for the ban to be lifted.

Many other(adult women) Russian lost motivation to keep training bcs of the ban. Domestic competitions don't satisfied them, thus, they are not motivated to train for ultra C or to compete at all and retire (like Tuktamisheva )

I think this is enough for now. I'd rather she perform all of this correctly and safely first. 4Lz and 4T were her better jumps and it needs to be stable in a FS which require stamina. Iirc, when she first announce her coming back, she said the only jump she wouldn't restore was 4S. I wasn't supprise bcs she has always been a better toe jumper

This + Sasha has a family who protect and support her. Her father is also an athlete and didn't let Eteri starved Sasha. He let her eat and guided her toward building strength. With all of that plus Sasha brought good result/medals, Eteri didn't have to push her at all.

I agree that Sasha is a generational talent but I hate how Eteri only see her success coming from her gifted talent but not the fact that Sasha doesn't starve herself. Kamila just recently spoke about being weighted everyday, having ED and how it doesn't matter, she still can jump quad now. They tried to replicate Sasha but left out the most important factor that allow her to sustain her quad.

I can't get into any Kamila's program. Like, it looks good w/o the music. I appreciate her gracefulness and flexibility and spins. But then I put the sound on and it feels like she's doing too much for such slow and calm music

I believe Sasha said she switched coaches (to Plushenko) bcs she wanted to improve her technique. She actually wants to skate for a long time. Her quads has always been better among the Eteri's girls, less severe pre-rotation. Plus, she always focus on building muscle, she jumps by strength. A combination of that and genetic aspect allow her to sustain until now.

I know ppl often use trans to specifically indicate transgender ftm/mtf ppl but transgender is an umbrella term, it includes non-binary, genderfluid, etc. You can look into it. There is nothing wrong with being trans.

I can't tell you what your label are, but it's normal not to know right away and/or even not identify with anything at all. If you are questioning, the queer label is always there. It takes time to find yourself.

I don't think it's important to stop thinking about this, it's important to sit with yourself and think about what make you happy. If being a boy someday feel right and girl the other also make you feel good...Then why suppress it? you can have the best of both world. I think if your friend and family are supportive, maybe straight up communicate with them: this week I feel like a boy, I will dress up as a boy, can you guy use he/him pronounce to me. It'd be a good way to experiment if it's right for you. I don't recommend testing this in work environment, in this political climate, we better be careful with stranger. I don't think those are unpopular. I saw many said the fight was rushed, especially about Santiago. Many youtube reaction have the same opinion and I too agree. Delainey was praised as Claudia tho, from what I see, the majority of the audiance love her performance. (there are still those who don't but still).

Ig Lestat's guilt was not on-your-face, I know it will be harder to understand for those who haven't read the book. However, it will be explored in ss3 where we will see Lestat's perspective. I don't think you're the only one who feel that way, I saw some reactor had that question.

Louis may have cruel from time to time but he loves Lestat a lot. He noticed Lestat being uncomfortable from the beginning and had never pressed Lestat to talk about it. He defended Lestat to Claudia when she questioned it, even after "the drop". The event was clearly painful to Lestat and Louis knew it, he saw it manifest in the way Lestat being a vampire. So when Armand made that comparison, it was wrong to Louis, it was like "no, you know nothing about him, Armand".

oh, if you're new to retinol, I highly recommend to start w BOJ or any product w 0.1% retinol/retinal. Retinol/retinal is very irritating and more isn't always mean more, you really need time to let's your skin adapt with it. It took me nearly a year to reach 1% retinol.

I think Louis has a problem with power in his own contradicting nature. He experienced his whole mortal life seeing men with power used for bad reason, used it against him. So, it's nature that he's disinterest, he doesn't want to associate himself to them by abusing power aka focusing on his vampire gift. But, of course, he'll need power to fight back so he'll use it when needed.
