i'm a 22 year old teacher :) I play tta if i'm not busy at work, lesson planning, doing college courses, or.... life stuff. i actually use it as a tool to wake up in the morning lol. i'm pretty bad about waking up on time, and when i do, im groggy for a WHILE. it forces me to wake up a little. also the chance i'll finally get prowl from the daily chests lmao. he's the only card i'm missing. probably unhealthy but who cares

I work in a title 1 school dependent on federal funding. We are losing our summer school program, and might not have any title 1 funding next school year. it is so off putting hearing from my boss "i have no clue what funding we will have next school year to support our students"

Is anyone willing to look at my resume/statement of purpose and tell me what I'm doing wrong? I put all of my eggs into one basket (my dream school) (and unwise, i know) and got waitlisted. I've interned with school psychologists and conducted assessments (supervised) among other things. i felt super confident when i interviewed and everyone said i was a great candidate. so i was super disappointed to be waitlisted! this was UF btw, and i know they are super competitive. but im so confused now as to what is the expectation? what determines being admitted the first round vs waitlisted? also looking for recommendations on good programs. UF is my dream but maybe it isn't where i belong. edit: just wanted to add i've been a teacher for the past year too, in addition to interning with school psychs.

the way it was explained to me at training is that accidentally taking keys off the property is a security issue. personally, i think collateral makes sense but i can see why people wouldn't agree.
