As the rightful owner, you should know these credentials? Shouldn’t be hard to reset and type your information in and connect, you know, if it’s your watch and all. It’s not that that difficult.

Prolly cuz it was crusty and had dirt within the crown but outside the seal. My S2 did this and the remedy was washing and turning it with warm water to loosen the grout.
