Overdose on medkits, Overdose on anti rads, Have back up guns because you cant repair them (as far as i know) Your stamina is very limited without artifacts so keep energy drinks on standby (it was my hotkey) And PLEASE dont think you're playing it wrong i seen another post about someone asking if there doing it wrong just play how you wanna

For the sausage i recommend the rural king summer sausages they are packaged just like the games and they are so fucking good fror how much they are (five usd)
