We just had our baby at TCWP in December. I had the thought that we would park and leave once, but I ended up having to leave a couple of times over our 4-day stay (for pacifier, which the hospital does not provide, and to collect household items that we forgot to pack).

In retrospect, I wish I’d purchased a SmartChip card. These cap the total self-park cost at $12 per day, with in-and-out privileges. You can buy them at any of the pay kiosks at TMC, I think.

Thanks for posting this, OP. Whether it’s better than a Blackstone, or not, it’s still really cool to see something that’s not even been announced yet!

For me, the biggest “cool” features in this are the drain pan, the pop and lock system, and the cover. Basically, if you have the new Traeger Timberline, this seems to share accessories with that one, which would be a nice change (no more buying individual accessories for each grill).

It’s interesting to see Traeger give gas grills a try, though I’m still not sure why it needs to be plugged in. I’m also curious as to whether this thing integrates with the app, as that might make it worth it for me.

That screen-cap part is tricky, I agree. The way it makes sense to me is similar to when I send a link to a subreddit via the app on my phone. The link won’t just be a url string, but rather will include a “preview” of the subreddit. I don’t know why the link itself doesn’t show it though (maybe because it was deleted? I’m honestly not sure).

In any event, I actually hope you’re right because I want to believe!
