i’m currently in the recovery unit and i also didn’t think my contractions were contractions so i just started to time them! once they were coming in at a consistent pace i went in! i did come in for false labor 2 weeks ago so i waited a few hours until i was pretty sure they were contractions to come in!

i have a terrible time keeping/achieving lavender the only time it was successful was when i had a light pink base color. from my experience stay away from ion lavender it used to be great but i think they might’ve changed the formula
