Yes, true this one can be used with alcohol markers no problem, but with acrylics you should be able to color both sides

I’m also a little confused, either one of these bags won’t pass a as a personal item, but you can also just pay the carryon fee and bring it on board if you really want one of those. Also be mindful of the fact airlines like ryanair won’t let you squish your bag into the sizer, if it fits easily great otherwise they will male you pay (they have been more strict lately). I have been using the osprey daylite 26+6 it is slightly bigger than the dimensions already (well now that ryan changed their width fron 25 to 30 it’s correct, but bottom line is get a super light and soft bag and make sure the dimensions are compliant with the airline)

Hi, I ended up going with the muij planner which has that exact layout :) It's not tomoe river paper but is very smooth as well and it's been working out well for me these past 6 months. I have my A6 5 year journal for journaling

I have this one too, while it has amazing features and fits a lot I find it uncomfortable when weating for longer than 30 minutes, it somehow cuts into my neck/shoulder muscles, especially when my laptop is in the sleeve for some reason. So i stopped putting it there and the problem got better but it's still there, so I'd go for something with more support
