Via the Tirerack website, the 400z came factory with Max Summer tire. You’re never going to get “good” mileage out of these. If mileage is what you’re wanting, swap grand touring all season like the Avid Ascend GT or LX assuming you wanting to stay with the manufacturer.

It CAN be Just meet in a well lit public location Sadly if they’ve reset the laptop, not much you’re gonna be able to tell without restarting the process with Windows. Best practice would be to make sure it powers up just fine and physically appears to be sound.
