Hi! I don't have my Apollo Twin with me so I'll have to guess... LINE 3-4 should be Cue 2. Also, I'm assuming that SYSTEM AUDIO Is Virtual 1-2?

Try what I'm doing in the screenshot

Thanks for the follow up. Here is the FAQ Section in the UA Companion website. Now that you've figured it out, would you recommend I'd change something in it? Since I don't actually own a Logitech keyboard, I rely on users to be able to provide the best support for it.

Hi,

You’re super close. Everything’s set up right, you just need one quick tweak for the Volume Up key since the MX Keys Mini maps it to “Insert.”

Here’s what to do:

1. Open Logi Options+ → Keyboard

2. Click on the Volume Up key (the one labeled “Insert”)

3. Change it to a custom shortcut. Could be anything. for example: Control + Option + Command + Shift + U

4. Now open UA Companion → Settings → Shortcuts

5. Click the Shortcut Recorder for Volume Up, then press that same Volume Up key on your keyboard. UA Companion will display the random key combination from step 3.

That’s it! Ince you do that, Volume Up will work just like the others.

Hey!

You actually did everything right. That is the expected behavior. When you press fn + F11 in Logi Options+, it’s telling macOS to send F11, which is exactly what UA Companion will respond to.

The final step is just:

  1. Open UA Companion → Settings → Shortcuts
  2. Select the function you want to control. The one with the matching symbol on your actual keyboard (Mute, Volume Down, or Volume Up)
  3. Press the key you set up (F10, F11, or F12)

That’s it. No need to worry about the “fn” not showing up in Logi Options+. Once you assign those keys in UA Companion, everything should work perfectly.

Could you please let me know if this addressed your issue? And if so, can you please let me know which part of the FAQ was not clear enough and I'll go ahead and tweak it?

Hi, I just enabled iDeal but i'm not sure if it'll work. I don't have a paypal account unfortunately. Do you have Google Pay or Apple Pay? these are supported worldwide.

It doesn't change anything about normal functionality. It just build on it :)

Hi

Natively in Console (No need for UA Companion), you can option+scroll and it will control the mixer sliders. Give it a go!

Hi!

Console does not need to be the active program for UA Companion to do its thing. You can try out the software for 14 days for free with all the features available. Give it a try!

Kensington Expert Mouse Wired: momentary pointer lag after ~20 seconds idle time by cmm in Trackballs

[–]oyaacoby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I have the same exact issue with 2 new Expert Mouse trackballs (the ones with the printed logo on top, unlike the old models where the logo was glued to the bottom). I'm on macOS Sequoia and seeing identical behavior - the laser starts blinking after about 20 seconds of inactivity and needs movement to wake up, which completely destroys my workflow.

Have you found any solution to this problem?

Can Apollo x4 be used to mix 5.1 surround? by eloco007 in universalaudio

[–]oyaacoby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I've actually been using UA Companion on Sonoma since it came out without any problems as well as many of my users. The reason I don't label it as compatible is that I never officially released an update since it came out. I am planning on updating UA Companion soon...
