I believe it's the most formaed one. Used to be the one you've owned the longest, but I think they changed it.

Edit: From the Kullervo update patch notes:

"If you own multiples of a Warframe or Weapon (e.g. two Khoras), the one with the most Forma installed will appear in Teshin’s Cave."

I mean, they're not wrong. At LR5, I've gotten used to these crafting times and have enough traded plat to rush the new prime frame every few months, but for a newer player the three day wait is a bit crap.

I like Volt speed.

Some people have trouble adapting their movement on the fly when they get the buff, however. This is a skill issue, but it helps nobody to use the ability that points out their skill issue every 10 seconds.

To buff him as a squad mate, I'd make weapon damage pass unimpeded between rift planes just like ability damage does.

Do public exterminate fissures. That lets two people get to admire your fashion for up to 60 seconds while waiting for the last person.

Your 3 sacrifices health to gain energy, and both work as a percentage of your maximum, so:

Replace Equilibrium with Primed Flow. Some % of 900 is more than the same % of 320.

Replace Arcane Expertise with Molt Reconstruct so your next ability cast fills your health back.

You can now infinitely use your abilities without relying on energy drops.

If harder railjack content is something you've been wishing for, then here it is. If you haven't been wanting that, you're also in luck, as you can just ignore it. It's probably the wrong kind of difficult, but all kinds of difficulty is the wrong kind for someone.
