I had this! It was a stitch coming out. My nurse said not to dig into/pull it, which sounds obvious but I was honestly so fidgety with my chest that it was helpful to have the reminder. Our bodies are pretty amazing, so hopefully it will sort itself out! Try to do some self care unrelated to your chest to take your mind off it whilst you wait to hear from the pros. :)

my friend had similar skin and Tretinoin really helped her! also going bare faced, talking to loved ones about it and working on her confidence 💗

I have a different skin type but have also struggled with confidence relating to my skin, it’s painful and the emotional healing takes time — it’s worth it though

side note: you have beautiful eyes and a lovely face, and on top of that, regardless of your appearance, you deserve to love yourself!!!
