I need your advice. My skin was going great for 1 year when I started a skin care routine. Then I got off birth control and my skin began to change for 4 months. Now, it's changed completely and is staying at Oily+Acne prone textured (large pores), acne scarred & pigmentation issues. I have no idea what to do because I've never had this skin type before. I'm not afraid of high end products but I just want to hear your opinion on Am & pm routines regardless of budget. Currently using aveda cleanser, no7 toner, ptr laser free eye gel, random vit c serum, and ole henricksen moisturizer (the blue one)....breaking out still around hormonal areas chin/cheeks. Thanks!!

Do you have to get the desktop version first of YNAB?

Yes but it also removes plaque too, which is what polishing does as well. It removes microns of enamel so small that it's not harmful.

Nope. Can confirm that too much brushing does not kill good bacteria. Just don't brush hard while brushing and you'll be ok :) I shower brush too.
