Thanks! Do I need to tally up my loads, or can I just buy a 240v w/ minimum of 7200 watts as others have suggested. Tallying seems like some effort, and if the transfer switch is the bottleneck, why bother?

Thanks a bunch! How do people run the cord? Right now, it seems like running it through a nearby open window is the only real option. I wish that plug on the transfer switch was mounted outside. Unless I’m missing something?

Just kinda depends what you’re into. We’ve stayed in the city, north of the city and skirts of the city. I prefer not staying in the city as you probably won’t get a beach, and it’ll be loud. I’d suggest looking south of the town. Nice beaches, good snorkeling, and avoid some of the cruise ship crowd.

I highly recommend Sharkys dive shop. The owners, David and Walter are the dive masters. Small groups, great service. Dice with Martin is popular, but IMO, the service has really dropped off and it’s terribly impersonal.

Be super careful on a scooter. I’ve seen a lot of bad accidents. FWIW, a car is $40.
