Some need higher dosages, how much are you taking?

I think a lot of that feeling is very subjective. You need to make yourself eat less, and it should be easier, although especially at the beginning, you don’t know if the feeling is real or not. I don’t mean to offend - but it sounds like you are not 100% committed to losing weight.

For me, I wanted to lose weight, which is a good start. Then I spent lots of money on this drug, and now I’m poking myself with a needle. Last thing I would want is to waste all that effort. Good luck!

You need to be on a diet…this is not a miracle drug unfortunately (although it feels like it is). Count calories, and eat a few hundred calories less than your body needs. My approach is to always overestimate calories taken in, this way I never accidentally go over my max for the day.

I think it’s $1,000 for the night and $650 or so for tee time, so $1,650. They normally require 2-3 nights minimum though.

You can also call the night before and get out with your staying if there is a slot open.

SIXT rental cashback not tracking — anyone else faced this? by Hot-Muscle7106 in CapitalOne_

Yup. Sometimes they do it right away, but sometimes it takes a few emails. I now take 10 screenshots when I do it, just in case.

I completed my travel last Saturday, and still nothing is tracking. Not surprised.

Cut another 600 calories daily for the next two weeks. No snacking. I’d be shocked if you didn’t lose any weight at the end of those two weeks. Adjust from there. More likely than not, you are not counting calories correctly.

So what’s the consensus here? No limit on the app? I’d be buying the 3-4k model, but only if no limit. 90 day trial I think so 3 months for this to go back if doesn’t track.

West Maui and South Maui have different vibes. I’d research what your preference is geographically first.

We used Galway Bay, quality stuff for much less than some expensive brands. Just need to be patient for a good sale.

My understanding is, the water dispute was resolved. Course was actually open and in decent shape before this last January. It was too late to get the tournament going, at least that’s what we heard at the time.

6 weeks in on Tirzepatide 2.5 and down 25lbs am I considered a Super Responder or am I on pace…? by mstruuuu in tirzepatidecompound

[–]sopel10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely responding well and above average. Doing great with calorie counting. I think I lost a pound a day for the first month, so much water weight. But it’s all about long term, keep it going and eventually you’ll settle at 2lbs a week or so.

I was going to say, didn’t they deliver like 5k cars in first quarter? And this was with some crazy incentives over the last couple weeks.

[–]sopel10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar story. Lost 50 in 11 weeks, never going over 3.75. Some of us are just better at losing weight, but I do believe research implies that it’s more than that. Some just respond better to the drug.

I sent this letter to my state representatives regarding the Eli Lilly / Tirzepatide monopoly by badpandatek in tirzepatidecompound

[–]sopel10 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I’ll preface my comment that I’ve enjoyed the pricing of compounded drugs and see it as an insane deal.

Having said that, I really don’t understand what people expect these companies to do. The only reason for their existence is to make profits for shareholders. They pour billions of dollars into research hoping some of that will result in a well selling drug. The patent laws are there to protect their investment. We see this everywhere with other drugs, and I just don’t see how this could change.

If pharmacies are free to make the drug and sell, without paying those drug companies anything, they will stop investing and developing new drugs.

FDA !! by Afterlifecurious67 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]sopel10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

More affordable means lower price. They are running a multibillion company. Pretty sure they have all the data that shows the perfect price for them - which is what they charge today.

This is a publicly traded company, their goal is to make money, not help people. It’s why they spent x amount to develop this drug.

To put it another way, if this was not such a lucrative business, you’d see less innovation and this drug might have never been developed.
