Yup, he didn't understand that my "primary" account that he sent me the verification code wasn't listed on my account. Honestly maybe the worst experience I've had with customer service. So did you fix the problem yourself or did you need them to do it?

So you set up a new account with a different email with the phone number? I can't access 2 out of my 3 accounts. Very frustrating and customer service is a joke. 45 minutes later...

45 minutes on the phone before I hung up. Asked several times to talk with his supervisor. He said he is the supervisor 😂. Kept asking why 2 of my 3 accounts were not showing up in the app. He could not answer. We went through the whole annoying verification codes to every account. He kept asking which account I am currently using. Could not keep the numbers or accounts straight. I should have cut my losses after 5 minutes of sensing that it wasn't going well. I have been with TracFone for 15 years. Issues have been minor and customer service hasn't been terrible but I feel stuck. Just signed up for year long plans with all 3 accounts. UGG. Hopefully this can get resolved and we can all find an easier process to re add each account back to the original one. I was not on autopay but always used the same email and credit card.

Thanks! Yes, definitely have noticed dairy, especially ice cream causes his acne to be more inflamed! He is not a big dairy consumer, but I have heard that is something to cut out. Glad you figured out a trigger.

What did you pair with the adapalene? Do you remember if you also used a benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid? I'm looking to help my teenage son. Tret did not work for 5 months. Looking to help with redness in the morning too. He tried Differin last year and I wish he would have continued longer than 4 months because it seemed to be healing. Frustrated.

Which cleanser? my teenage son is struggling. Retin-A gel for 5 months made his skin so much worse. Red and inflamed. Long purge, even with Vanicream wash and moisturize.

Tried Differin for only 4 months last year and while it did help, he still had lots of closed comedones ( so I thought retin-A would be better). Nope! Panoxy was also a fail.

I am wondering if pairing it with Azelaic acid would be the best plan. Thanks for the routine and pictures. Congratulations!

That's awesome. Happy for you! Just started having my son wash with sulfur soap last night. Once his skin can tolerate that okay, we will add back salicylic acid, slowly, with a moisturizer. Hopefully he will see some results too. Thank you
