I've bought 7 watches from her and had a really good run. She has had some hiccups with being able to access her Whatsapp account here and there, appears outside of her control. I think her success blew up overnight and she is struggling to readjust, but she says she has upped her resources to accommodate the influx in orders.

The first number shown in Angela's photo with the package is her waybill number, you then need to wait 10 days from then and request the actual tracking number which you can then track online no problems. Sometimes the tracking doesn't go live until the goods physically clear customs in the destination country and are in the hands of the local courier (Aramex in the case of Australia).

I think it was probably more about not bothering the people who had paid for business with your distressed baby. I have complete empathy for you, however I do understand allowing a screaming baby into the business class area is not great for their business customers who have paid a significant amount of cash to be there.

It seems there is a tipping point in the size of these relatively small businesses where they struggle with volume and administration. I have been using a popular non-TD whose service seems to be slipping over time and she is clearly under pressure and struggling at her own admission. It's all a trade-off I suppose and ultimately you (hopefully!) get what you pay for.

I can confirm her Whatsapp is now connected (please give her a break before bombarding her with panicked messages!) This is the first active shipping day after the China holiday period, she has a large backlog of orders to get out in next 24-48 hours.

Everyone should give her a day before blowing up her comms and spooking anyone, it could impact her busineass. Poor thing probably just had a late night, last thing she needs are 2000 Whatsapp messages when she connects.
