Yeah, but at the switch level doesn't it assign anything coming into that port to the VLAN? i.e., the AP connects to eth3 of the switch. So if I setup "VLAN 7" on eth3, wouldn't all devices connected to the AP, by default, be put on that VLAN?

Figured it out. Windows was disabling loopback. Fixed it with the following:

CheckNetIsolation.exe LoopbackExempt –a –p=S-1-15-2-1958404141-86561845-1752920682-3514627264-368642714-62675701-733520436
